Montage Laguna Beach in California has announced new dining concepts for 2026.
Each has been designed to bring its own distinct character and menu, while remaining connected through a relaxed coastal sensibility inspired by the Californian shoreline.
Bouchée Patisserie is a modern French-inspired pastry shop with a Southern Californian influence. Named after the French word for mouthful, the artisan patisserie offers house-baked pastries, gelato, French macarons, fruit tarts, sandwiches and barista coffee.

Head Pastry Chef Lee Smith brings an artistic approach to the offering, with Bouchée conceived as a contemporary interpretation of French café culture. Located adjacent to the resort’s porte-cochère, it welcomes both guests and locals from morning through to evening.
Elsewhere, Montage Laguna Beach’s signature restaurant Studio returns after a five-year hiatus, reimagined as Studio Mediterraneo. The renewed concept blends Mediterranean simplicity with Californian cuisine, shaped by Executive Chef Dennis Efthymiou. The menu reflects his heritage and Orange County roots, served alongside uninterrupted ocean views and the sound of waves below.
