Leading culinary destination, Nikki Beach is set to welcome a variety of Michelin-starred chefs at Nikki Beach Saint Tropez and Nikki Beach At Fairmont Monte Carlo this summer – with more star chefs to be confirmed in Spain – for its Dine Under The Stars series.

On 27 July, French chef Hélène Darroze of The Connaught in London will host a menu takeover at Nikki Beach Saint Tropez in partnership with Perrier-Jouët.

The menu will include an appetiser of caviar, San Remo prawns, Piel de Sapo melon, samphire and ponzu as well as a fish main of Jon Dory, violet artichoke, bronze fennel, kaffir lime and bagna càuda.

Meanwhile, on 9 August, Christian Le Squer of Restaurant Le Cinq in Paris, will pop up at Nikki Beach Saint Tropez in partnership with L’Orbe for a vodka and food pairing, and Perrier Jouët for the champagne offering.

Nikki Beach at Fairmont Monte Carlo will host chef Glenn Viel of Baumanière Hôtel & Spa on 17 August in partnership with Perrier Jouët. The acclaimed chef, who received the Michelin award for sustainable gastronomy in 2020 for his effort to implement sustainability into his kitchen, will confirm the menu in due course.

The series began on 12 July, when Christopher Coutanceau, also known as the Fisherman Chef, hosted a pop-up at Fairmont Monte Carlo. In line with his commitment to sustainable fishing and a no-waste kitchen, the chef served up a menu of Lively and Crystalline Langoustine Tartare, Wild Marsh Prawns in Fine Jelly with Retaise Plants and Line Lean with Zucchini and Kumquat.

Created as a garden lunch retreat by the sea in Miami Beach, Nikki Beach has grown into a global hospitality brand with 13 beach clubs, five hotels and resorts, a fashion division, a non-profit charity, and a special events arm.

The brand’s restaurant concept allows guests to enjoy sunshine, wide-open spaces and farm-to-table menu additions that are curated to include dishes that highlight the local regions.
