Nobu Hotel San Sebastián has opened its doors, bringing its signature food and beverage offerings to a city with the most Michelin-starred restaurants per square metre.

The fifth hotel in Spain for Nobu Hospitalitydeveloped in collaboration with Spanish hospitality group Millenium Hospitality Real Estate, Nobu Hotel San Sebastián offers guests a signature Nobu restaurant, alongside a terrace with sea views.

Housed in a building that was once the Vista Eder Palace, the property’s interiors have been conceptualised by Tomas Alía of Studio Caramba. The hotel’s restaurant adopts the classic, subtle Nobu aesthetic, allowing cuisine to be the star of the show.
