OKU Hotels has opened the doors of its fourth property, OKU Bodrum, marking the brand’s first outpost in Türkiye, joining existing locations in Ibiza, Kos and Andalusia. Located on the Bodrum peninsula’s northern coast, the hotel is home to three signature eateries.
Each distinct dining and drinking destination serves locally sourced produce, focusing on bold flavours and vibrant plates throughout the day and into the evening.
OKU’s signature Nikkei-inspired restaurant Teyo Bodrum opens exclusively for dinner in an open-air setting where Japanese cuisine meets South American spirit. Led by Executive Chef, Mark Vaessen, brings fine dining to the seaside setting.
At the heart of the hotel, To Kima Restaurant is where Mediterranean classics meet Asian-inspired flavours. The day starts with a nourishing breakfast, followed by sharing plates and sundowners, all served poolside.
Finally, The Round Bar is perched on a cove-side jetty, offering meze snacks and crafted cocktails beside the bay with panoramic views of the peninsula coastline.
