Park Hyatt Doha has unveiled three different dining options: Anis, Opus and Sora.
Designed by Jun Aizaki, Founder of Crème, each space blends the international style of the hotel chain with touches of Qatari language.
Anis is a casual walk-in bistro with an outdoor dining area. Conceived like a French bakery, the design incorporates stone floors and basket patterns.
Opus is an all-day dining room and open-concept space with a natural warm palette of camel and sand tones, reflecting typical Qatari culture and aesthetic.
Sora, at the top of the building, provides a contemporary Robata dining experience. Aizaki imagined this spaces like a “jewel in the sky”, with amethyst and purple shades rolling through space, echoing the beauty of the surrounding nature.
