Pearly Cow expands alfresco dining at GuestHouse Hotels

Pearly Cow has introduced an alfresco dining experience at its GuestHouse Hotels venue in Brighton, enhancing the coastal hospitality offering with relaxed, high-quality outdoor space.

New for 2025, The Terrace by Pearly Cow at No.124 by GuestHouse offers a refined yet relaxed alfresco experience. Guests can enjoy seasonal small plates and cocktails from the hotel’s restaurant in a vibrant outdoor setting, perfect for taking in the energy of the surrounding city.

Over at No.42 by GuestHouse, Margate, The Terrace by Pearly Cow has reopened for the season with a new summer menu. Or, The Rooftop Bar is an ideal setting for taking in sunset views, complemented by music into the evening. Open on a first-come, first-served basis, the venue focuses on expertly crafted cocktails, locally brewed beers, curated wines and seasonal spritzes.

Just below, the Pearly Cow restaurant offers its own casual beachfront terrace, serving lunch and dinner in a laid-back setting. With a focus on the bounty of the Kent countryside and the nearby North Sea, the kitchen delivers fresh seafood, daily catches, and raw bar selections from an on-site ice counter.
