Roots Revived at Potato Head Bali

Potato Head Beach Club Bali launches Roots Revived

Potato Head Beach Club Bali has launched a new conceptual menu inspired by Indonesia’s vibrant culture and heritage.

Roots Revived is an innovative collection of serves that celebrates the archipelago’s tropical roots by skilfully combining authentic Indonesian spirits, indigenous ferments, and traditional distillation methods with modern mixology techniques to create vibrant cocktails where heritage meets innovation in every glass. Driven by Potato Head’s sustainability ethos, the menu embraces a root-to-flower philosophy, meaning nothing goes to waste. The team thoughtfully reduces and repurposes every ingredient, ensuring each sip pays homage to the land, the hands that cultivate it and a sustainable future.

The launch forms a key pillar of Potato Head’s 15th Anniversary, a milestone marked by a season-long programme of Seminyak beachside pop-ups, cultural gatherings, and one-off events that honour a shared journey of creative exploration from sunset sessions to boundary-pushing ethnic experiences.

The Roots Revived menu features 29 drinks divided into six main sections: Nol, Plant Powered, Homemade Soda, Low Alcohol, Cocktail and Sharing Cocktails. Notably, three of the six sections focus on no and low alcohol options, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusive, mindful drinking.

Alongside the carefully curated cocktail selection, guests can enjoy a vibrant menu of shareable, delicious dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The food is designed to foster connection, perfect for grazing, gathering, and immersing yourself into the flavours of the surrounding region. From colourful small plates and nourishing bowls to wood-fired specialties and timeless beach club classics, every dish celebrates sustainability, seasonality and a sense of community.
