Smoked Room in Dubai has been named the Most Beautiful Restaurant in the World by the prestigious Prix Versailles.
The venue, located within The St. Regis Residences on Palm Jumeirah and led by celebrated chef Dani García, was selected from a shortlist of 16 international finalists for its bold design language, immersive spatial composition and refined material palette.
Astet Studio are the masterminds behind the 14-seat omakase space, which offers guests an intimate and theatrical dining experience centred around a live fire kitchen.
Conceived as a sensory journey, the immersive restaurant is shaped by its dramatic spatial composition and refined material palette. Dark, textured surfaces, gleaming metallic accents, and subtle lighting converge to evoke the elemental presence of fire and smoke. Every design gesture heightens the connection between guest and space, transforming the act of dining into a cinematic experience of shadow, reflection and warmth.
Founded in Barcelona, Astet Studio is renowned for crafting spaces that blend architectural precision with emotional storytelling, with this latest nod proof of that mission.
