SanSara at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore will host Two Masters, One Flame, a limited-time four-hands collaboration between chef Pannalal Nath and chef Sohan Singh of Rang in Da Nang, Vietnam.
The exclusive experience presents a co-created menu that harmonises contemporary technique with classical North Indian flavours.
Rather than a traditional guest-chef takeover, the collaboration is designed as a shared creative dialogue, bringing together Singh’s globally influenced modern interpretations with Nath’s classical expertise.
Highlights include sweet potato gnocchi chaat with tamarind and pomegranate; tandoori octopus with almond romesco; and Shorba Jhinga – an Indonesian crayfish bisque with turmeric and coconut cream. Desserts feature a carrot halwa mille feuille layered with vanilla cream and mango.
