Seaham Hall introduces new menu at The Dining Room

British coastal bolthole Seaham Hall has launched a new seasonal menu at The Dining Room.

The five-star hotel and converted Georgian country house, which sits on Durham’s Heritage Coast, offers two restaurants: The Dining Room, which serves refined and modern British fare, and the pan-Asian Ozone.

Drawing inspiration from the coastal surroundings, Chef Damian Broom showcases a variety of seasonal dishes highlighting the use of local ingredients and fresh seafood. The Dining Room blends timeless sophistication with modern cuisine, creating an intimate dining experience for guests.

The decadent three course menu features a variety of dishes that change with the seasons. Highlights of the new menu include Prawn Ravioli with Sparl Brae Mussels, Salt Aged Duck from Jamie Colemans of Upper Hellions, and Free Dived Scallops from the Isle of Mull.
