Nightlife in Bodrum has been given a shake-up this season with the arrival of Sips Bodrum.
Set within Ruins Luxury Resort, the Barcelona bar venue brings its energy and world-class mixology to a rooftop location on the Aagean coast.
Founded by bartenders Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez, Sips Drinkery House of Barcelona, the duo’s flagship location, has earned its place on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, celebrated as No1 in Europe and No3 in the world.
At Sips Bodrum, guests can expect boundary-pushing cocktails, inventive flavour profiles and an electric yet refined Aegean atmosphere. On the menu, guests can find Sips signature classics and new additions exclusive to Bodrum.
Standouts include the Metate Margarita, made with tequila, fresh citrus, Madagascar vanilla and metate spicy frost; the Drake, made with Absolut Elyx, fresh mint soda and aromatic bubbles; and the Ruins Espresso Martini, a Turkish take on the classic finished with a delicate pineapple ‘air’. The cocktail list is complemented by a selection of bar snacks to match, including potato churros with smoked paprika salt, crispy rice ceviche and grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce.
Sips will welcome a rotation of Turkish and international DJs who will set the soundtrack from sunset through to the early hours, creating an atmosphere that evolves effortlessly from laid-back aperitivo moments into an energetic late-night destination.
