Six Senses Rome hosts Vietnamese culinary pop-up

Six Senses Rome will introduce the next chapter of its Culinary Series with a Vietnamese pop-up in collaboration with Six Senses Ninh Van Bay.

The takeover at BIVIUM Restaurant will showcase a refined menu created by Chef Nguyen Hoang Hiep and his team, bringing the flavours and traditions of Vietnam to the heart of the Italian capital.

Signature dishes such as Bun Bo, Bo Kho, Pho, Banh Mi and Che Khoai Deo will feature throughout the day, alongside breakfast options, bar snacks and traditional set menus. The pop-up aims to highlight Vietnam’s culinary philosophy of balance, wellbeing and connection with nature.
