Spy Bar at Raffles London at The OWO is heading out on tour, confirming an exclusive one-night-only guest bar experience at Ella Elissa in Rhodes.

Located within the former offices of MI6 and MI7 inside the Old War Office, Spy Bar boasts a fascinating history, with every room within the space carrying the echoes of Britain’s intelligence history. The bar itself sits within the office famously associated with the world of Agent 007, while neighbouring spaces once served as briefing rooms for operatives preparing to enter the field.

Today, it offers a memorable cocktail experience, with Bar Manager Sotiris Konomis recently honoured with the prestigious Bar Manager of the Year award at the 2026 CLASS Bar Awards, recognising his outstanding contribution to London’s cocktail culture.

International recognition has followed, and now London’s finest is heading to the Greek Island of Rhodes on 20 August. Hosted at Ella Elissa’s Sianna Bar, the collaboration invites guests to discover an immersive menu of signature creations, each prepared by the Spy Bar team and inspired by the bar’s distinctive narrative, craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Guests can look forward to sipping on ‘The Spy Who Loved’, a cocktail crafted after Christine Granville who was one of the most trusted spies of the British Allied forces, or trying ‘Goldeneye’, an exotic cocktail drawing inspiration from Ian Fleming’s Jamaican Estate all while looking out over the horizon.

The experience is presented in partnership with Belvedere Vodka by Moët Hennessy. As the exclusive spirit partner of the event, Belvedere will provide the foundation for a collection of exceptional serves, interpreted through the unmistakable creativity and precision of the Spy Bar team.

The collaboration forms part of Ella Elissa’s ongoing programme of internationally curated gastronomic and beverage experiences, bringing together acclaimed chefs, sommeliers, bartenders and artisans whose work continues to redefine contemporary luxury hospitality.
