StreetXO, Chef Dabiz Muñoz’s most transgressive concept, has opened this month in Ibiza, promising to bring explosive flavours and creativity to the island’s gastronomic scene.
Located in Ibiza Gallery and opposite The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, it is part of the gastronomic hub of The Site Ibiza, the new destination promoted by Palladium Hotel Group that fuses hospitality, retail, art and internationally recognised culinary excellence.
The concept arrives in Ibiza keeping intact the hallmarks that have made it a unique gastronomic experience in the world: open kitchen, a vibrant bar, high energy, unique flavours and limitless creativity… in short, and as Muñoz himself notes: “a roller coaster without brakes”.
The new space replicates the spirit of the Madrid restaurant and adapts it to the character of the white island through three different environments: the Food Bar, the epicentre of culinary energy thanks to its open kitchen; the terrace, exclusive to Ibiza and the only bookable space in the restaurant; and Aish, the cocktail bar, which transfers the transgressive universe of StreetXO to the field of cocktails.
The gastronomic proposal brings together some of the most iconic dishes of the StreetXO universe, such as the croquette nigiri from La Pedroche, the pekingese dumpling, the steamed sandwich club, the octopus tako or the bacon bo ssam. The liquid menu at the cocktail bar brings together creations with an avant-garde spirit and creative character, including DiverXO Liquid Madrizzzz 100%, Blood XO or Huevo de La Pedroche.

The chef, distinguished for three years in a row as the best chef in the world, has four Michelin stars – three from DiverXO and one from RavioXO – the result of a non-conformist vision and a constant search for excellence. Its culinary proposal challenges the established rules, breaks with the most rigid tradition and redefines haute cuisine through avant-garde, bold cuisine without creative limits.
