The Audo has partnered with Restaurant Lola to launch a pop-up serving breakfast, lunch and sweet treats.

Served in a redesigned indoor and outdoor space at the heart of the hotel, dishes are inspired by Lola’s original venue in the city’s Christianhavn neighbourhood and are created using local, seasonal and organic ingredients.

Signatures include ceviche made from responsibly sourced fish with orange and quinoa; Danish new potatoes, almond cream and Indian podi; asparagus with dukkah; and fried pancakes with pork, kimchi and herb salad.

Lola x The Audo will also serve an array of light snacks such as mini samosas with tamarind and date sauce, patacones made from plantain with tomato salsa, and tapioca dadinhos with plum chutney.

Along with a new dishes, The Audo has redesigned the interior of the restaurant and courtyard with bespoke furniture by Menu, selected vintage items and artworks – all of which are available to purchase from the adjacent Concept Store. The restaurant colour scheme introduces bright pops of red and yellow, which complement Lola’s vibrant flavours and echo the mood of the season.
