The Chancery Rosewood in London has opened the doors to its second terrace bar within Eagle Bar.

The seventh floor space now houses Upper West and Upper East. The two bars, located symmetrically around the central six-story atrium, cater to different moods and styles of socialising while being united by a shared sense of occasion.

Upper West joins the Eagle Bar project as an aperitif destination. Complemented DJ set entertainment, the space is designed for spontaneous moments and celebrations. The beverage offering is shaped around large format wine and champagne, with an exclusive service of Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut magnum, and a curated list of aperitif-style drinks.

The cocktail selection is divided into sparkling and still. Among the creations, the Upper West Spritz offers an elevated serve featuring Cocchi Americano flavoured with guava, strawberry and cream and topped up with Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut. Meanwhile the Palomina is a twist on the Paloma made with Patrón Reposado Tequila mixed with fresh watermelon, grapefruit, lime, chilli and Pol Roger Rosé Brut.

Led by Director of Bars Liana Oster, and General Manager Maura Milia, Eagle Bar benefits from a female leadership team with extensive beverage and hospitality experience across Melbourne, New York, London and Mexico.
