The Dolder Grand welcomes guests back to one of Zurich‘s most coveted summer terraces with the reopening of Krug Lounge.

In partnership with the renowned champagne house Maison Krug, the hotel introduces dishes crafted by Heiko Nieder, paired with exquisite champagne and panoramic views over Zurich and the Alps.

Nieder, a celebrated chef with two Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points, serves sophisticated creations such as Dolder truffle fries and beef tartare with egg yolk cream, crème fraîche and Oscietra caviar.

A special highlight, Krug is available by the glass, with a menu offering guests a choice between Krug Grande Cuvée 171st Edition and Krug Rosé 27th Edition, both carefully paired with the dishes on offer.

Rare champagnes, including Krug Vintage and the extraordinary Krug Clos du Mesnil, are exclusively available by the bottle.

Adding a playful touch, guests can enjoy the exclusive Press for Champagne bell, allowing them to order their champagne in style.
