Ennismore, in partnership with Select Group, has announced the signing of The Hoxton, Dubai Media City, with F&B curated by Paris Society.
At the heart of the line-up are two brand-new concepts: Onaka, a Japanese handroll bar created in collaboration with French restaurateur Moïse Sfez, and Bleachers, a social sports bar offering a playful take on classic gameday culture.
These will sit alongside Il Bambini Club, Paris Society’s lively trattoria concept, which has locations in London, Paris and Cape Town, as well as Tope, The Hoxton’s signature rooftop concept, already established in Barcelona, Portland and Brussels. The latter will serve Mexican-inspired dishes alongside punchy cocktails.
The hotel’s lobby will also form part of the F&B offering, serving comforting classics alongside experience-led cultural programming, including local collaborations, pop-ups and creative activations.
Marking The Hoxton’s first venture into the UAE, the 230-key hotel will bring the brand’s open-house concept to the Middle East for the first time. Designed by Ennismore’s interior design team, Aime Studios, the existing building is undergoing a multi-million-dirham transformation to create a new-generation Hoxton in Dubai Media City.
