The Seabird hosts Grey Goose and Ronnie Scott’s for summer of live jazz
This summer, Seabird, the rooftop restaurant atop The Hoxton, Southwark, is partnering with Grey Goose Vodka to host a musical collaboration with iconic Soho jazz and blues club Ronnie Scott’s.
Over six summer Fridays, London’s live music institution will bring its signature jazz club energy to Seabird, curating an exclusive series of after-hours performances spanning jazz, soul and blues.
Kicking off with jazz guitarist Honey Boulton, the series will also feature performances from acclaimed vocalist Jo Harrop, woodwind maestro Giacomo Smith, soul singer-songwriter Natalie Duncan and celebrated pianists Joe Webb and Jamie Safir.
To mark the collaboration, Seabird and Ronnie Scott’s have created a bespoke cocktail menu in partnership with Grey Goose, placing the premium vodka at the heart of each serve. Signature drinks include the Ronnie Scott’s Pearl Martini, crafted with Grey Goose Altius, Dom Pérignon Vermouth and oyster leaf, served alongside a Gillardeau oyster topped with lime caviar.

The Flamingo, with lychee and dragon fruit, offers a sweeter option, while the herbaceous Sunbird combines strawberry, aloe vera, lime leaf and Cap Corse for a refreshing, balanced profile. Kind Of Blue brings together curaçao, myrtille, bergamot liqueur and soda for a crisp, uplifting finish.
For groups, Lady Penja offers a bold sharing serve for 6 to 8 guests, blending Grey Goose with orange, peach, white Penja pepper and watermelon for a bright and subtly spiced twist.
The late-night menu complements the drinks with dishes like Jersey No.3 oysters with pear and jalapeño mignonette and salsa verde, caviar-filled gildas with Gordal olives, boquerones, guindilla and Ibérico chorizo, and caramel cheesecake with dulce de leche crumble and raspberries.
