The Venetian Resort becomes home to four Michelin-recognised restaurants
A slew of restaurants at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has been awarded Michelin recognition in the inaugural Michelin Guide Southwest.
With the inclusion of Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller, Cote Korean Steakhouse by Simon Kim, Estiatorio Milos and Mott 32 in the guide, the property has become home to more Michelin-recognised restaurants than any other resort in Las Vegas.
“Being recognized by the Michelin Guide is an extraordinary honour and a testament to the talent, creativity and dedication of our restaurant partners,” says Julian Griffiths, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “To have four restaurants represented in the inaugural Michelin Guide Southwest, speaks to the depth and diversity of our dining collection and our commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.”
The announcement comes at a defining moment in the evolution of The Venetian Resort, as it finalises its US$1.5 billion reinvestment. The transformation has reimagined the guest experience across suites and public spaces, entertainment, nightlife, wellness, and most notably, the resort’s culinary offerings.
As part of this evolution, The Venetian Resort has introduced 12 unique food and beverage concepts to its Restaurant Collection within a single year, ranging from first-to-market standouts at its fast-casual Via Via Food Hall to acclaimed, celebrity chef-driven destinations including Bazaar Meat by José Andrés and Cote by Simon Kim.
Also new this year, the resort’s debut of Culinary Crossroads, a groundbreaking program of curated, pop-up events throughout 2026 showcasing the breadth and depth of its culinary portfolio as told through its incomparable chef lineup. From Wolfgang Puck passing the torch to the next generation of his son, Byron Lazaroff-Puck at “The Generational Tasting Tour” at CUT; to an intimate journey through a chef’s homeland as told through “Spain My Way” with José Andrés; and an exclusive pop-up of Michelin-Bib Gourmand fried chicken concept, COQODAQ at COTE; each event is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
