Monogram Collective has announced the reopening of the third hotel in its portfolio, The Vineyard in Berkshire, and revealed its new F&B outlets.
Opening its doors at the end of 2026 following an extensive multi-million-pound renovation, The Vineyard has been transformed into a contemporary countryside retreat and imbued with a renewed spirit under Monogram Collective, with a timeless invitation for guests to gather, savour and celebrate.

The first chapter of its transformation will be revealed in November 2026, introducing a fully refurbished collection of spaces dedicated to food and drink. The Brasserie serves as the social heart of the hotel, offering approachable yet elevated dining, while the signature gastronomic restaurant presents a more immersive culinary journey with expertly paired wines.

Beyond the restaurants, guests can explore the Wine Shop and Cellar, discover rare vintages with expert sommeliers, or experience the craft of chocolate-making through tastings and workshops in the Chocolate Kitchen.

At the heart of The Vineyard is a philosophy that brings together exceptional food and world-class wine. Under Executive Head Chef Tom Scade, each menu is shaped by seasonality, provenance and creativity. Director of Wine & Beverage Romain Bourger continues to curate an acclaimed cellar, reinforcing The Vineyard’s reputation as a wine destination.

Monogram Collective is a collection of distinctive countryside retreats across Scotland and England, founded by the family owners behind Apex Hotels. Bringing together heritage, character and contemporary design, the collection currently includes Pine Trees in Pitlochry, Meldrum House in Aberdeenshire and The Vineyard in Berkshire.
