Il Pampero at The Hari in London has introduced several distinctive dining experiences for 2026.

A new set menu sets the tone, showcasing seasonal dishes inspired by authentic trattoria flavours.

In addition, a new cacio e pepe ritual offers midweek indulgence that transforms a Roman classic into theatre. Guests can watch as silken pasta is tossed tableside in a giant wheel of aged Pecorino, folded with cracked black pepper and finished with il Pampero’s signature flourish. To complete the experience, each ritual includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.

Building on the cult success of its tiramisu trolley, the restaurant is dedicating the entire month of March to Italy’s most iconic dessert. Running through to World Tiramisu Day, it promises an unlimited experience featuring three signature variations: classic, pistachio and gianduja (hazelnut praline), each finished with an array of decadent toppers.

Elsewhere, The Hari Bar debuts a sophisticated tiramisu martini, while a limited-edition Hari tiramisu liqueur offers guests the chance to take the experience home. A dedicated tiramisu concierge will be on hand throughout the month to recommend the capital’s finest puddings.
