Contemporary fine-dining restaurant Le Beaulieu at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi marks the return of its Rendez-Vous dining series with a four-hands dinner featuring chef Thibault Sombardier.

Sombardier, the visionary behind several acclaimed French restaurants including Restaurant Anne in Paris, brings his Michelin-starred expertise to Hanoi. He will be joined by Restaurant Anne’s Executive Chef Matthieu Pirola alongside Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele for two nights of collaborative dining.

Together, the chefs will present an exclusive six-course menu showcasing French fine dining, united by a shared commitment to elevating classical techniques with modern creativity and the finest seasonal ingredients.
