The Bodrum Edition refreshes F&B and adds restaurant by Mehmet Akdağ

The Bodrum Edition enters a new culinary chapter this season with a reimagined restaurant lineup and a new dining concept by chef Mehmet Akdağ.

The property introduces a new concept in partnership with 7Mehmet, a Mediterranean and traditional Turkish restaurant led by third-generation chef Akdağ. Renowned for its repertoire of over 650 dishes, the restaurant pays tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Anatolia. At The Bodrum Edition, the authentic Anatolian cuisine concept will feature 7Mehmet’s most celebrated signature dishes, complemented by locally-inspired creations that highlight regional producers and seasonal ingredients.

Last season’s Brava will transform into The Trattoria by chef Stefano Ciotti, located on the upper deck. Ciotti presents a deeply personal interpretation of Italian comfort cuisine, inspired by the warmth of traditional Italian family kitchens. The menu embraces simplicity, memory and restraint, treating familiar flavours with respect and precision.

With a new and refined sea-to-table philosophy, Kitchen by Michelin-starred chef Osman Sezener celebrates the purity of the sea through precise techniques and exceptional local sourcing. The menu showcases seafood selections including an impressive raw bar.

Meanwhile, The Beach Club will become the heart of the hotel’s entertainment scene, complemented by an enhanced dining experience. By day, guests can enjoy Mediterranean dishes at Morena Restaurant, alongside selections from Zula Burger and İnari Kujira. In the evening, İnari Kujira will take over the Morena restaurant space. Morena will also continue to host its signature Sunday Brunch throughout the season.
