H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel, part of the Revo Hospitality Group, has launched Altitude Mixology, a new signature cocktail and mocktail programme at its 40th-floor sky bar, The Stage.
The experience invites guests and locals to step behind the bar for a one-hour mixology masterclass set against panoramic views of the Paris skyline. Led by head bartender Erick Lebreton, the session introduces the fundamentals of mixology, with participants creating two signature cocktails designed for the programme.
The experience offers an immersive introduction to cocktail craft, exploring the stories and techniques behind key spirits. Guests can then enjoy their creations while a live DJ set plays, with views stretching from Montmartre to the Eiffel Tower through floor-to-ceiling windows.
“From sunrise to city lights, Paris is our stage,” says Lebreton. “Altitude Mixology transforms our sky bar into a true experience, where every cocktail tells a story and every sip comes with a view.”
