Hilton Lake Como is welcoming spring with new seasonal menus available on its al fresco terrace, Terrazza 241, and the return of its popular Streetfood pop-up.
At Terrazza 241, the spring menu celebrates seasonal ingredients through contemporary cuisine. Highlights include smoked buffalo mozzarella with puntarelle, Cantabrian anchovies and basil oil; cappellacci filled with potato and smoked provola, served with crispy potato chips and basil oil; and honey-glazed duck breast with leek and orange reduction – each dish designed to reflect the delicate flavours of the season. The classic Italian aperitivo experience will also feature a selection of seasonally inspired bites.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s Streetfood pop-up returns for another year, serving a selection of dishes across themed stations. Highlights include freshly baked pizzas from a traditional Ape Piaggio wood-fired oven, classic pasta dishes prepared with simplicity and authenticity, and artisanal gelato created in collaboration with the historic Gelateria Rossetti.
