Brasserie Angelica at The Newman in Fitzrovia has unveiled a 30-cover summer terrace.
Framed by lush greenery, the sun-trap space serves the London brasserie’s full all-day à la carte menu alongside a new spritz, snack and sorbet offering.
Created in partnership with Don Julio, Angelica’s Sorbets includes cocktail-inspired flavours like margarita, paloma and matcha latte, all available in zero-proof versions. Served from the terrace cart, the sorbets can be finished with toppings including Don Julio Reposado sauce, mezcal, chamomile-vanilla and berry and hibiscus.
Available across both the terrace and bar, the new Spritz & Snacks menu pairs classic Aperol, Campari and hugo spritzes with seasonal signatures created by The Newman’s Head of Food & Drink, Eder Neto. Highlights include Passionfruit, combining passionfruit, Regal Rogue Lively White and soda, and Lingonberry – a nod to the brasserie’s Northern European influences – made with lingonberry, Regal Rogue Bold Red and rosé, topped with tonic.

The bar features an extensive wine list spanning classic and contemporary European producers, alongside a curated beer selection championing both local breweries and international favourites. Highlights include pours from Two Tribes in King’s Cross, Kernel Brewery in Bermondsey and Munich’s Noam lager, as well as low- and no-alcohol options and Oliver’s cider from Hertfordshire.
To accompany their drinks, guests can order Brasserie Angelica’s signature goat’s cheese gougères, rabbit rillette with pickles and rye crackers, and a Nordic platter of cured pork belly, Danish blue cheese, pickled vegetables and blackberries.
The terrace also serves dishes from the restaurant’s all-day à la carte menu, including Josper crispy courgette with almond purée and dill dressing, thick-cut lamb loin chops with green dressing and jus, and strawberry and lime meringue.
