Maisons Pariente has opened the doors of Le Grand Mazarin in Paris, bringing a number of new F&B destinations to the city.

The new opening from Maisons Pariente houses interiors that bear the hallmarks of of its designer, Martin Brudnizki, who has blended the French classicism of 18th-century salons with his trademark whimsical aesthetic.

Boubale Restaurant Food

The new hotel’s bar, restaurant and winter garden is named Boubalé, meaning “little darling” in Yiddish. Created in collaboration with JLM Group, the venue sees Israeli Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit paying homage to the Ashkenazi cuisine of his childhood, his heritage and family traditions, faithfully passed on through the centuries. Inviting guests to explore the colours and flavours of Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean, the chef seeks to bring a touch of refined creativity and gourmandise to a cuisine that comes from the heart, honouring the dishes of lesser-known Ashkenazi cuisine.

The hotel is also home to a bar, Le Bar de Boubalé, which sees the non-conformist spirit of Boubalé infused throughout a menu of signature cocktails.
