Pan Pacific London appoints Executive Chef
Pan Pacific London – the brand’s first hotel in Europe – has announced the appointment of Executive Chef Lorraine Sinclair.
Scottish chef Sinclair returns to the British Isles following stints with Sheraton, Fairmont and others in cities including Bahrain, Dubai, Istanbul and Hong Kong. Sinclair has eight previous Executive Chef postings under her belt, and will oversee the hotel’s entire F&B operation.
“I look forward to bringing the elegance of natural flavours respected in Asian cuisines to Pan Pacific London, and growing our knowledge of respecting our environment through educating the team on sustainability,” she comments.
Located in One Bishopgate Plaza, a newbuild tower in London’s Square Mile, the 237-key Yabu Pushelberg-designed project is set to open in early 2021.
