A clutch of talented Welsh chef is uniting for a special event at Grove of Narberth for a one-off Four Chefs Night.
Taking place on Sunday 12 October, chefs from across The Seren collection, including Hywel Griffith (Beach House), Douglas Balish (Grove of Narberth), Gerwyn Jones (Lan y Môr), and Dan Andree (Penmaenuchaf) will collaborate on an evening of culinary synergy complete with canapés, bespoke breads, a multi-course tasting menu and petit fours.
Each chef will bring both their individual strengths and a shared passion for regional produce – an approach that invites guests to taste the diversity and nuance of Welsh cuisine in a single evening. As they weave their expertise together, diners will traverse textures, flavour profiles and storytelling through food, linking each course to place and passion.
An expression of community, curation and culinary leadership, it further cements Grove of Narberth’s commitment as a meeting ground for gastronomic innovation.
