Jean-François Piège opens La Terrasse at Selman Marrakech

Multi-Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège has launched La Terrasse at Selman Marrakech.

This new restaurant combines Piège’s culinary style with the sophistication of a setting reimagined by acclaimed designer Jacques Garcia. Located in the heart of the hotel, La Terrasse overlooks Selman’s gardens and pool, creating a tranquil oasis for guests to enjoy dishes that harmonise local ingredients with Mediterranean influences.

Welcoming guests for outdoor lunches, gourmet tea times and intimate dinners under the starry Marrakech sky, La Terrasse delivers a menu with dishes such as skewered Mediterranean bluefin tuna with pepper sauce; wild squid carbonara; and Lobster rigatoni with bisque.

Beyond this, Jean-François Piège will also infuse his creations into the menus of the Pool Bar and room service, offering light and refreshing cuisine. Guests can also look forward to a new fine dining concept by Jean-François Piège set to be unveiled very soon.

Selman Marrakech, opened in 2012 by the Bennani-Smires family, embodies an environment rich with Arabo-Andalusian heritage, designed by Jacques Garcia. With its equestrian centre dedicated to purebred Arabian horses and lush gardens, Selman offers a serene retreat and epicurean escape.
