Already established as a fine-dining destination, Mandarin Oriental The Landmark Hong Kong reopens this year with a new artisan coffee atelier, champagne bar and immersive food and wine experience held in the flagship restaurant’s cellar.

Commune, the artisan coffee atelier, offers a vibrant social hub at the heart of the lobby. Designed as a welcoming first touchpoint for arriving guests, it invites the city’s residents and visitors to pause, connect and savour expertly crafted coffee. Also new is Blanc De Noirs, a drinks venue dedicated to premium cuvées.

Elsewhere, The Cellar Immersion offers a destination experience within Amber, the hotel’s flagship restaurant holding three Michelin stars and a Michelin Green Star. The new offering goes beyond usual pairings and offers a curated sensory exploration of terroir, craftsmanship and vintages.

All three new culinary offerings continue Food & Beverage Director, Richard Ekkebus’ longstanding vision. “After 21 years of being part of this remarkable journey, the reopening of Mandarin Oriental The Landmark Hong Kong feels like an extraordinary new chapter,” he says. “This new era celebrates an exceptional collection of restaurants and bars, and we are proud to continue shaping its story through creativity, craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to sustainability.”

Guests can also dine at the hotel’s existing three-Michelin-starred eatery, Sushi Shikon and Michelin-starred Kappo Rin, as well as contemporary French bistro Somm.

The restaurant and bar lineup is complimented by redesigned rooms and suites courtesy of Hong Kong interior architect Joyce Wang, founder and Principal of Joyce Wang Studio.
