Nobu Hospitality, the globally established hospitality brand founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, has debuted Nobu Hotel Palo Alto.

Now officially a Nobu Hotel and restaurant, The 73-room boutique hotel, located in the heart of Silicon Valley has undergone an extensive multi-million dollar renovation to unveil a completely new hotel concept. 

The eight-storey project features an impressive new facade, an intimate lobby space, redesigned guest rooms and multiple full-service Nobu dining spaces

Led by Los Angeles-based architecture firm, Montalba Architects, the hotel draws on signature Nobu design elements combined with traditional Japanese materials and an open environment.

The renovation comprises a brand new sushi bar, an expanded outdoor dining area, a welcoming Lobby Bar and a 24-hour in-room Nobu dining menu

Room service dishes include Miso Black Cod, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Ribeye with Truffle Butter Sauce, Japanese Wagyu beef and signature in-room dining bento boxes. 

Meanwhile, the ground floor restaurant and lounge have been layered with warm wood wainscoting, flooring and furniture, and is back-lit from rice-paper glass walls.
