Palmares Ocean Living & Golf in Portugal opens new signature restaurant

Palmares Ocean Living & Golf in Portugal has opened a new signature restaurant, Preceito.

Led by chef Alexandre Cabrita, the venue prioritises the produce and natural environment of Palmares, where the sea, the Alvor estuary and the Algarve mountains shape a cuisine built from what the territory offers, respecting the seasonality and identity of each ingredient.

With an informal approach, Preceito, situated in the golf clubhouse, is designed not only for special occasions but also for repeat visits.

Among the standout dishes is grilled squid with goat butter and citrusy cornmeal porridge, alongside sea bass with oven baked rice and coastal shrimp and veal tartare with smoked eel and cured egg yolk. The experience is completed with desserts using ingredients such as carob, almond and fig leaf.
