Radisson opens Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como with F&B trio
Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como, A Radisson Collection Hotel, has opened with a trio of F&B venues.
Marking the brand’s debut in the heart of Como and located between Piazza Cavour and Piazza Volta, only steps from Como’s historic city centre, the restored historic palazzo offers a rooftop restaurant, fine-dining outpost and international bistro concept.
At the heart of the hotel is Radiante, the signature fine-dining restaurant led by chef Danilo Vella. Radiante celebrates Italian culinary excellence through contemporary techniques and regional influences, with signature dishes such as lamb with sea urchin and samphire, mackerel with smoked provola and ditali pasta with mantis shrimp and salted lemon.
Above the city, Lumi Rooftop Bar & Restaurant offers panoramic views over Como’s rooftops and surrounding landscape, serving elevated light dishes, signature cocktails and curated wines.
Below, Caffè Lariano, led by chef Mirko Gatti, presents an international-inspired bistro concept with a strong focus on circular cuisine, seasonal ingredients and a zero-waste philosophy, complemented by an in-house pastry laboratory.
