Royal Mansour Marrakech hosts Alajmo Brothers pop-up at Le Jardin

Royal Mansour Marrakech has launched an exclusive Alajmo Brothers pop-up at Le Jardin.

Until early January, the restaurant is transformed into the setting for a playful and cosmopolitan culinary journey, inspired by the routes of the Silk Road and enriched with flavours from Asia, South America, Africa and the Mediterranean.

Drawing on their Venetian heritage and passion for cultural exchange, brothers Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo reinterpret global flavours with finesse, creativity and their signature spirit of joyful hospitality. Together, they have created a series of restaurants around the world that reflect these values.

The pop-up builds on the Le Jardin’s creative and seasonal culinary identity. Following Chef Rafaël Rego’s residency last spring, this collaboration brings a fresh expression of Italian mastery to a vibrant and globally inspired setting.

Menu highlights include wood-fired pala focaccia with yuzu tomato, delicate seabass ceviche with guacamole and mango sorbet, and cold soy noodles with caviar and black trumpet mushrooms. Main dishes range from Italian classics such as wild prawn mezzi paccheri and creamy risotto gratin to globally inspired plates like beef tataki with sesame vegetables and wasabi.

“With this menu, we wanted to bring to Le Jardin a cuisine that is curious, free-spirited and adventurous,” says Raffaele Alajmo. “A journey of flavours that celebrates the connection between East and West and the beauty of cross-cultural influences.”

“For us, cuisine is a way to unite cultures,” adds Massimiliano. “This pop-up gives us the freedom to play, explore and reinterpret ingredients from around the world, while staying true to the lightness and essence of our cooking.”
