Signature dishes include free-range Landes chicken or John Dory fillet, and a selection of pastries including Hélène Darroze’s XXL pain au chocolat.

Royal Mansour Marrakech comprises four restaurants, two of which – La Grande Brasserie and La Grande Table Marocaine – are headed up by Darroze. Meanwhile, Sesamo, the hotel’s Italian restaurant is overseen by three Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Alajmo.
