Sani Resort in Halkidiki affirms its reputation as a landmark on the global gastronomic map with the return of its Sani Gourmet festival this July.

A six-week celebration that unites five of the world’s best chefs, the Sani Gourmet 2025 programme features Yannick Alléno, Gaggan Anand, Virgilio Martínez, Daniel Boulud and Emma Bengtsson, a group that has collected more than 20 Michelin stars between them, and brings together flavours from Paris, Lima, Bangkok, New York and Stockholm. Each chef is set to craft an exclusive tasting menu for one night only between 11 July and 22 August, blending haute cuisine with signature Greek hospitality.

Immersive culinary storytelling is a central premise of the event – from Alléno’s legendary reimagined French sauces to Martínez’s altitudinal tasting journey through Peru’s ecosystems, and Anand’s playful, emoji-only menus that defy convention. Locally sourced rare ingredients and standout wine pairings from Greek and international vineyards also feature.

The 19th edition of the programme unfolds on the following dates:

11 July – Yannick Alléno

25 July – Gaggan Anand

1 August – Virgilio Martínez

8 August – Daniel Boulud

22 August – Emma Bengtsson
