Maison Le Chevreuil is set to welcome its first guests in the heart of Meursault, Burgundy, following a two-year renovation carried out in collaboration with local artisans.

The house is located in the Côte de Beaune village, facing the town hall and church, and will welcome both travellers and local residents. The project was led by four wine enthusiasts from Denmark, Switzerland, Germany and Norway, with the renovation centred on the area’s winemaking heritage.

At the heart of the property is Terre, a food and wine concept spread across several spaces. Cooking takes place over fire and flame, with the menu focused on local ingredients and sharing-style plates.

The interiors also reference the region’s winemaking traditions. Rooms feature rounded showers inspired by the wine vats used by local vintners, alongside wine-coloured tones and custom dark-wood furniture.

The property has been designed as an open house, with a focus on connecting guests with the surrounding vineyards and the daily life of Meursault.
