Maisons Pariente to welcome Prunier at Saint Roch in Courchevel 1850
Maisons Pariente has announced a partnership with historic Parisian restaurant Prunier, which will open its first outpost outside the French capital at the hotel group’s newest property, Saint Roch, in Courchevel 1850 later this year.
Established in 1924, Prunier has long been a destination for seafood and caviar, with its Art Deco restaurant on Avenue Victor-Hugo a fixture of Parisian gastronomy. Founded by Alfred Prunier and associated with figures including Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé, the restaurant is known for its commitment to French seafood traditions.
Located on the Bellecôte piste, the new restaurant will offer all-day dining, catering to guests returning from the slopes for lunch as well as those seeking a more leisurely evening meal.

The menu will retain Prunier’s signature dishes, with wild salmon, French caviar, tarama, shellfish, crustaceans and seafood platters alongside classics of French cuisine. More contemporary additions, including the Prunier burger, will also feature.
The kitchen will operate under the direction of Romain Fornell, who oversees the culinary operations of Lapérouse Holding, with a focus on the quality and provenance of ingredients.
