The Lanesborough appoints Shay Cooper as Executive Chef

The Lanesborough in London, part of the Oetker Collection, has announced the arrival of Shay Cooper, as the new Executive Chef. 

Cooper joins The Lanesborough from Julies where he was Chef Patron for the past two years, prior to which he worked at The Goring as Executive Chef for six years.

Cooper brings a wealth of experience to the team at The Lanesborough having worked in some of the top hotels in the UK, and his accolades include a Michelin star for The Bingham Richmond in 2010 and The Dining Room at The Goring in 2017.
