Spotlight: Craster launches modular Fare Range
London-based hospitality brand Craster specialises in creating innovative and luxurious products for hotel and restaurant projects around the world. And the company is reinforcing its commitment to offering flexible and adaptable hospitality solutions with the launch of its new Fare Trolleys range.
The name Fare derives from the Old English word fær (meaning ‘to journey’), so it’s only natural that the concept of mobility lies at the heart of the new range. Masterfully crafted to ensure durability, the Craster Fare Trolleys are configurable distribution and display systems that are capable of operating within F&B and catering scenarios from morning to night.
Engineered to support dynamic environments, thanks to their modular design, the trolleys feature a sturdy metal frame with high-quality natural timber or hard-wearing laminate shelves. The connecting bridges have been designed around a gastronorm footprint, allowing for an agile setup that can be scaled to large or intimate configurations, depending on what the occasion calls for.
Developed in consultation with interior architects, Fare is available in fine woods such as oak and walnut, as well as antimicrobial laminates for wipe-clean ease. Each shelving element is also reversible to extend its lifetime. The designs offer a range of aesthetic options for F&B curation using the Craster Flow and Tilt systems with their modular design.
With its elegant and agile design, the Fare trolley system eliminates the need for uneven and time-consuming station setups, in addition to providing a coordinated F&B delivery and distribution experience.
