The signature restaurant Gusto by Sadler will present fine Italian dining at its light and sophisticated best. Created in collaboration with the Michelin-starred Claudio Sadler, the eatery is designed for authentic, memorable experiences.

In addition, Baglioni Resort Sardinia will also be home to a second Italian restaurant, Sunset Terrace Bar, and pool bar for evening and daytime cocktails.

Furthermore, the signature 25 metre pool has been designed within a leafy garden, with cabanas and loungers artfully positioned for sunseekers and a cocktail and poolside menu to be available on request.

“Sardinia is an area of incredible natural beauty, and it is an honour to bring the Baglioni Resorts brand to this special place,” says Guido Polito, CEO of Baglioni Hotels & Resorts.

Adding: “We are delighted to present a property that simultaneously brings the unique heritage and Italian luxury that Baglioni exudes to this island; whilst also offering our guests the chance to connect with the natural beauty and everything that the island has to offer.”
