Luxury London hotspot Biltmore Mayfair Hotel is channelling a spirit of adventure this year, with the launch of a new cocktail menu dubbed Wanderlust.

The Grosvenor Square hotel’s Pine Bar has unveiled a new drinks offering inspired by international travels, allowing cocktail aficionados to indulge in a sensory journey of spirits and flavours from across the globe.

Comprising 16 cocktails – four of which are low or no alcohol – the menu’s libations are each inspired by a different location. Highlights include Symphony of the Forest, which was inspired by the native pine forests of Washington State, while Pacific Wheel exudes Californian vibes. Holiday nostalgia is the theme of The Flamboyant – a Las Vegas-inspired concoction that features Ocho Reposado tequila, Torres 10 brandy, Belsazar Riesling Edition vermouth, fresh lime and pomegranate, black clove and galangal agave. Opulence, meanwhile, is a decadent champagne cocktail with a luxurious touch of gold inspired by Arabia, featuring Ketal One vodka, Italicus Rosolio d Bergamotto, Mancino Secco Vermouth, turmeric-infused Galliano l’Autentico, fresh lemon, homemade eucalyptus nectar and released cumin olive oil.

Curated by The Pine Bar manager Nerijus Zakarevicius, Assistant Bar Manager Giorgio Trimboli and Head Bartender Alessandro Vescovi, the Wanderlust menu fuses the local with exotic. “We have crafted a collection of cocktails that don’t just surprise and delight but take you on a journey – where every sip is a sensory adventure,” says Zakarevicius.
