Oku Hotels kicks off Party with the Chefs series

Oku Hotels has kicked off its Party with the Chefs series for 2026, with the event travelling to four destinations across the season for the first time.

What began in 2022 as a cult culinary party in Ibiza has evolved into a roaming format that brings together Michelin-starred gastronomy, underground culture and immersive production.

Each edition transforms Oku’s poolside terraces, restaurants and hidden back-of-house spaces into a culinary playground. Guests move freely between chef stations positioned throughout the property, from open-air cooking areas to secret corners tucked away in unexpected locations. They are invited to sample signature dishes served directly by the participating chefs.

Guests also encounter tattoo studios, fortune tellers and tarot readers, live performances, and hidden interventions such as karaoke booths concealed inside walk-in freezers. As evening falls, the culinary experience gives way to the Underground Jungle, where kitchens become dance floors and DJs take over.

The 2026 series opened at Oku Ibiza, bringing no fewer than eight Michelin stars to the White Isle from restaurants across Europe. The line-up includes chefs from the two-Michelin-starred restaurants Gem and Spectrum in the Netherlands, alongside talent from Ron Gastrobar, Restaurant Daalder, Frog and Omakase by Walt. They are joined by Executive Chef Andrés Fernández from Six Senses Ibiza and Chef Pache from the Repsol Sol-awarded Es Fumeral, representing the island’s thriving culinary scene.

The series continues at the newly opened Oku Andalusia, where chefs from the Netherlands and Sweden join Spanish talent from Valencia’s one-Michelin-starred Lienzo and Nobu Marbella, blending Nordic precision, Japanese-Peruvian fusion and contemporary Spanish gastronomy on Andalusia’s Mediterranean coast.

Further editions will take place at Oku Bodrum and Oku Kos.
