Five-star hotel OMMA Santorini will open its doors on 1 June, following a soft launch in 2019.

The secluded hilltop property comprises 25 rooms and suites, fives villas, a restaurant, a spa and a double level signature infinity pool.

Bringing his Michelin-star expertise to the shores of Santorini, Executive Chef Dimitris Stamoudis takes the helm of OMMA restaurant, a Mediterranean-focused epicurean experience.

Here, Stamoudis blends authenticity with refinement to create a selection of traditional Greek dishes served with a modern twist providing a range of Mediterranean dishes.

Using high quality fresh, local ingredients to elevate each dish, guests can expect shrimp risottos, lamb fricassees, fresh lobster, and salads all paired with carefully selected light and fruity glasses of wine.

For guests who enjoy days spent soaking up the sunshine and lounging by the infinity pool, the All-Day Pool Bar offers an array of drinks and cocktails to sip alongside light meals and homemade snacks.

OMMA Santorini is the first hotel to join the Epoque Collection portfolio and will officially open in June. The second hotel in the collection is Kefalari Suites Athens, an elegant quintessential 19th century Athenian mansion, transformed into luxurious guest house suites.
