Vik Retreats presents Zodiaco by Mauro Colagreco
Vik Retreats, the collection of luxury properties including Bahia Vik, Estancia Vik, Playa Vik and La Susana in José Ignacio, Uruguay, has announced an exclusive pop-up collaboration with three Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco.
This January, Zodiaco, Bahia Vik’s lounge restaurant, will present Zodiaco by Mauro Colagreco, an immersive celebration of gastronomy, music and nature set along the Southern Atlantic coast.
The dining experience centres on fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcasing the bounty of land and sea through Colagreco’s renowned circular gastronomy. The menu will celebrate Uruguay’s rich terroir with locally sourced produce, fresh seafood and Mediterranean inspired buffets. Evenings will conclude with indulgent desserts shared around the fire.
Each service will be complemented by curated wine pairings from the VIK family of wines, including VIK, Milla Cala, La Piu Belle, La Piu Belle Rosé and the brand’s first natural wine, STONEVIK.
