Beefbar to open at London’s Broadwick Soho

Monaco-born restaurant concept Beefbar will open its new UK location in the heart of London in September, at Broadwick Soho. Beefbar at Dear Jackie will take over both the hotel’s subterranean restaurant and ground-floor sister bar.

Founded by Monaco-based entrepreneur Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar launched in Monte Carlo in 2005 with the ambition of reimagining the traditional steakhouse through a contemporary, fashion-forward lens, pairing modern luxury with exceptional ingredients. Over the past two decades, the brand has expanded to some of the world’s most coveted destinations, including Paris, Milan, Mykonos and New York, becoming internationally recognised for its exceptional beef, signature dishes and contemporary approach to dining.

Conceived by owner Noel Hayden and founding friends, Broadwick Soho is an independently owned luxury hotel with Dear Jackie at its heart. Named after and inspired by Noel’s mother Jackie – a woman celebrated for her bold style, warmth and love of bringing people together – Dear Jackie reflects her glamorous spirit. The restaurant and sister bar invite guests into a world of bold interiors, exceptional Italian cuisine and warm, intuitive service.

The collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for both brands but is built on a friendship that predates the partnership. Bringing together two family-led businesses, Noel and Riccardo share the belief that great restaurants are defined not only by outstanding food, but by warmth, generosity and the memories they create.

When choosing where Beefbar’s UK flagship would open, Giraudi knew Dear Jackie at Broadwick Soho would create the kind of experience diners would enjoy. “When choosing a home for Beefbar’s new UK flagship, I wanted to find a place with real
soul,” he says. “Having known Noel and the Broadwick Soho team, this felt like a very natural partnership. For me, a restaurant is never just about the food- it’s the flavours, the energy, the design and all the small details that create an emotion.”
